INTERIOR
This stunning apartment is a feature of a traditional triangular shaped building perched on the edge of the River Gilão. Access to the apartment is by stairs, with a street entrance and a private apartment entrance on the second floor. The internal décor has been recently refined combining a wonderful mix of old and new characteristics, where modern tiles rest against traditional combined with polished wooden floors. From the entrance hall, enter the heart of the apartment with rooms radiating from every angle. A dining table features as the focal point, where the hallway melts into the lounge with its elegant furnishings and riverside window views with sunbeams bouncing from the river and illuminating the room. 3 bedrooms are neatly positioned at each point of the triangular building design, adorned with traditional furniture and feature fitted wardrobes, sharing a large walk-in, glass paneled shower room, with large mirror and attractive features. At the rear of the apartment, the kitchen once more blends the old and new, as modern appliances are contrasted by beautiful Portuguese tiles.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Slip out of the kitchen into a shaded patio area with bistro table and chairs, a perfect breakfast point with respite from the sun. And meanwhile, sunworshippers can take the stairs to enjoy the wonderful sunny roof terrace and relax on the sunbeds, or choose to settle into one of the comfy sofas to read a book or enjoy a tipple or two! The panormanic views offer a stunning town backdrop across the Taviranese rooftops stretching majestically out to the sea.
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is 2nd floor, top of the building with 2 flights of stairs. There is no elevator in this building. Car parking is on-street. Some streets are with pay meters, but a there are 2 free carparks located close to the river and within a 2 minute walk of the apartment.
Additional Notes:
1) Bathrooms - The principal shower room is situated inside the main accommodation. There are 2 further shower rooms located in covered rooms, with access outside of the apartment, via the terraces.
2) Roof Terrace - this is not an ideal apartment for young children in respect of the roof terrace. All age groups are permitted, but with caution and care.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
