The central hallway leads to 3 brightly decorated bedrooms and include 1 Master King sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom/Bathtub, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a second bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Large kitchen patio doors lead to the ornately tiled circular table with chairs, making this a perfect breakfast spot, or a place to simply relax and enjoy a glass or two.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is first floor with elevator access. Access to private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
