The hallway opens out into the spacious lounge adorned with bright colours and comfy sofas complemented by a traditional oak-wood dining set, ideal for more formal dining occasions. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and well equipped incorporating a pleasing range of attractively integrated appliances, ideal for home catering. The central hallways leads to 3 brightly decorated bedrooms and include 1 Master King sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom/Bathtub, a second double bedroom, also with ensuite shower room and a 3rd bedroom designed to delight children with its bunk bed/single bed layout. On the outside, large kitchen patio doors lead to the beautiful rattan circular table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining at any time of the day, with a choice of traditional brick BBQ or gas BBQ for the budding chefs! A long sofa and sunbeds are thoughtfully provided for the sunworshippers, able to enjoy the sun all day with the East and West patio aspects. The resort swimming pool and its facilities are surrounded by well tended gardens, with an attractive piazza as the central focal point.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is third with elevator access. Enclosed garage parkign is provided, without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
