From the main entrance, you are immediately welcomed into the generous open plan living space. Comfortable sofas and armchairs offer a spot for relaxing or watching TV, as the L shaped room meanders towards the dining area and its kitchen, fully equipped and perfect for home catering. The villa design thoughtfully incorporates a ground floor twin bedroom for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Situated on the first floor, the master king sized bedroom is simply stunning, with a large ensuite bathroom and private dressing room. The 2 additional bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) both enjoy sunny balconies and share a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Outside, attractive paving encircles the villa, edged with succulents and potted plants leading to a lovely spot for shady dining “al fresco” beside the sparkling swimming pool where you can dine or relax, and watch the children splash and play all day. For those wishing to soak up the sun, the rooftop sun terrace with sunbeds and comfy seating provides the best spot for reading and relaxing.
