To rent in Tordera in Costa Brava this villa with private pool located in the Urbanization San Daniel The house is divided into several levels. On the ground floor we have the dining room, with access to the terrace where you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts in the sun. From this terrace we access the outdoor area by stairs without railings. The fully equipped kitchen (renovated) (American fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave...) with all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home. On this floor are also the bedrooms: there are 3 double bedrooms (a double bed in each of them), one of the bedrooms is en suite with a bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there is another full bathroom (shower) on the same floor. From the dining room we have access to the upper floor, open to the lower floor, which contains a large living room (sofa bed). From the dining room we also have access to the lower floor (stairs without ramp) which gives access to the outdoor area. This is where we have the magnificent barbecue area, with all the necessary furniture to enjoy moonlit dinners, right next to a magnificent private swimming pool. Outdoor parking in the house. Groups of young people are not accepted. Sheets and towels are not included. They can be rented at the office with advance notice. Supplement: €8/person sheets and €8/person towels. The house does not have Wifi, you can rent a device at the office (Supplement: 50 €/week).
