The apartment, located in a newly constructed building with a lift, welcomes you with a hall or reception area, living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed of 135 cm, independent kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them inside the main bedroom. With a double bed of 150 cm in the first bedroom and two single beds of 90 cm in the second, we guarantee a pleasant rest.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay, and the apartment has free WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable environment. In the residential complex, enjoy the seasonal summer community pool, subject to the homeowners' association rules, as well as a paddle tennis court and lush gardens.

For greater convenience, we offer an additional airport pickup service for a supplement. Pets are welcome, upon request and with a supplement.
