This original property of 100 m² with capacity for up to 10 people is composed of three independent apartments within the same plot, located around a private saltwater swimming pool, creating an ideal space to travel with friends or family while maintaining a certain independence between guests.

In the Riad Mauresque we like to take care of you. Let yourself be enveloped by its exclusive and private atmosphere, where soft aromas of orange blossom, roses, lavender, jasmine, celestines and daisies are breathed, creating a calm and special atmosphere. It is a space full of art and magic in each of its arches, with a design that allows you to contemplate the open sky, the radiant sun during the day and the stars at night, all around a large private salt water pool, without chemicals, with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

This special accommodation was also the home of the renowned haute couture designer Dick Holthaus, who designed this place inspired by Arabic aesthetics, creating a unique corner with its own personality.

To make your stay even more special, the Riad offers an exclusive premium services menu available upon arrival, among which you can find massages, wine selection, laundry and ironing service, private transfer, barbecue organisation, as well as early check-in and late check-out options. All these services are available upon request and at an additional cost, allowing you to personalise your experience during your stay.

The accommodation features a garden, terrace, barbecue area, jacuzzi in the Orquidea apartment and a private swimming pool, as well as air conditioning throughout the complex, high-speed WiFi, security alarm and several outdoor areas to relax or share moments together.

The three apartments are distributed as follows:

Orchid Riad Apartment (2 people)
An intimate and elegant studio, ideal for couples. It features a 1.40 m bed, hydromassage bathtub, American kitchen equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air conditioning and Smart TV. A space designed for a romantic getaway with quality details.

Jasmine Apartment (2-4 people)
With a cosy and romantic style, it features a double bed of 1.40 m and a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, Smart TV and safe in the bedroom.

Pacific Apartment (2-4 persons)
The most spacious of the three, located near the entrance of the complex and with a small private terrace. It has a double bed, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, walk-in wardrobe, ironing board, safe, and Smart TV.

In the outdoors, you can enjoy the salt water pool, rest areas, wood or charcoal barbecue and landscaped spaces, perfect for outdoor gatherings or relaxing afternoons under the sun.

The location is another of its strengths: a few minutes from restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, just 6 km from Los Álamos beach, and very close to places such as Batería Park, Aqualand or Málaga airport.

The accommodation accepts pets (with a supplement), has a cot and high chair available upon request, and provides pool towels for greater comfort during your stay. Additionally, for families travelling with babies, a baby service is offered with the cot prepared and special house details, available for a supplement of £15.
