We offer for rent a small cozy studio in a house with a swimming pool within walking distance from the sea in the best beach area of Torrevieja - La Mata! There is everything you need for living and rest: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Installed air conditioner. Spanish television. The balcony offers side sea views. Inside the house there is a green area with a large swimming pool. To the sea and the beach just over 400 meters. The surrounding streets and the coastline are full of welcoming cafes, bars and restaurants. To shop "Carefour-Express" 550 meters, to DIAL PRIX about 900 meters. Accommodation option - up to two people (strictly without animals!). No smoking!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed.
Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
