We offer for rent a studio in an area with developed infrastructure. The apartment has an area of 31 m2 and consists of a living room combined with a kitchen and a bathroom. There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The house has a swimming pool. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: ALDI supermarket 250 meters away, Consum 150 meters away. The nearest bar is 100 meters away. The sea and the city beach of Del Cura are about 1 kilometer away. Accommodation option – up to 2 people (no animals!). Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
