We offer a two-bedroom apartment for rent in the Aldea Del Mar residential complex. This 63 m² apartment features a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a large terrace. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linens, and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in both bedrooms. Spanish TV, and wireless internet. The residential complex boasts beautiful green areas with a swimming pool. Pool access is NOT included! The area boasts excellent amenities. The Consum supermarket is 250 meters away. The nearest bar is just 150 meters away, and numerous other restaurants are within walking distance. The sea and the popular Los Locos beach are 300 meters away. Accommodations for up to 4 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is permitted only on the terrace! The fine for violation is €200. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A €20 fee applies for check-ins or check-outs outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. A €200 deposit is required upon check-in.
