It is located 250m from the beach in a quiet and privileged area of ??the Costa Brava, near the towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large residential area, far from the hustle and bustle of the population, with a fine sandy beach facing the Medes Islands, where you will find the peace you are looking for for your vacation. The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor: the living room, TV (Spanish) and DVD and exit to the private terrace-garden (fenced 25 m²) with garden furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped, there is also a toilet on this floor. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 single bed + bunk bed and one bedroom with double bed and TV) and a bathroom. The small garden can serve as parking, however it is easy to park in front of the house.
