Description of the accommodation

House on the Costa Brava for 4 people, with pool and A/C in the living room. It is a single-storey accommodation, 60 m², tastefully furnished and fully equipped, in an urbanization with a communal area and swimming pool, overlooking the garden. It has a well-kept garden with a lawn on the corner equipped with garden furniture and a built-in BBQ. . The garden is a safe area for children as it is completely fenced. In the part behind the house there is a private parking space. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with USB input and satellite TV. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heat pump in the living room. Reasonable consumption of up to 15 Kw/day is included. The surplus will be charged at €0.22/Kw and will be deducted from the damage deposit. The house is a few meters from the community area. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, mini blender, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed with teak furniture and the other with two 80x190 kangaroo trundle beds, one with a railing. It is only 350 meters from the beach in the quiet and familiar urbanization Mas Pinell. Mas Pinell is a privileged area of the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large and quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has an extensive sandy beach with views of the Illes Medes where you will find the peace you are looking for on your vacation. The Mas Pinell area is separated from the urban nucleus.
