On the ground floor: the living room with fireplace, air conditioning, TV (HDMI output), free WIFI and exit to the private garden terrace (fenced and manual awning) with garden furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, mini-pimer and toaster. There is a WC on this floor. Upstairs, two double bedrooms (2 single beds and a bunk bed), the bathroom with shower and a washing machine and a pleasant suite (double bed) with bathroom and small balcony. The garage is closed and cannot be used. However, it is easy to park in front of the house.
