An unbeatable location for ski enthusiasts. Additionally, for greater convenience, the apartment has a ski storage cupboard in the Tanau 1700 core, just a one-minute walk from the Esquirós ski lift.

Our charming apartment, designed to accommodate up to 7 people, has a beautiful living-dining room, illuminated by natural light entering through a wide terrace. Here you will find a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a gas fireplace that creates the perfect atmosphere for memorable moments, along with a giant Smart-TV and WiFi connection.

The American kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils, is harmoniously integrated into the space. It has an oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms:
The main bedroom has a complete en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, a double bed of 180 cm and TV.
The other two bedrooms share a complete bathroom. One of them has a double bed of 160 cm and built-in wardrobe, while the other has a bunk bed and a single bed, wardrobe and desk.

However, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:
For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwasher single dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
