Upon entering Cap dera Vila by Totiaran, you will be greeted by an elegant lobby furnished with a spacious mirror, a practical bookshelf, and a comfortable bench. It features a bright living room, a cosy dining room, and a modern open-plan kitchen, all decorated in light tones with white ceilings that provide a sense of spaciousness and luminosity.

From the living room, you will enjoy stunning views of the mountains through a large window, while relaxing on the comfortable sofa next to the warm fireplace or enjoying a movie on the Smart TV.

The American kitchen, fully equipped, also offers panoramic views and a practical breakfast bar. In the dining room, an elegant table with seating for six invites you to share unforgettable moments with friends and family.

The three bedrooms of the apartment are strategically located at opposite ends, offering privacy and tranquillity to all guests.
The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The second bedroom offers a bunk bed for two people.
The third bedroom has another bunk bed for two people.
A second bathroom with a complete shower completes the bedroom layout.

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a single-dose manual dishwasher, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
