We offer a spacious new house for tourist rental in a closed residential complex in the Villamartin area (Orihuela Costa). The villa consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, an American kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a terrace and a private solarium. The residential complex has 2 public pools (one heated), a children's playground and a beautiful green area. The villa is fully furnished and includes all household appliances (including a coffee machine and dishwasher), crockery, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is central. The solarium has a cosy area with a barbecue. Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure: La Senia shopping centre is approximately 2.5 km away. The nearest DIALPRIX store is 700 metres away. The sea and beach are about three kilometres away. Accommodation options: up to 7 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is only allowed in open areas!

Check-in registration from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out registration from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-in or check-out outside office hours, on Sunday, weekends, and holidays incurs an additional fee of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 1000 euros is required upon check-in.
