of 13 houses, with a communal pool. It is located 150 m. from the sea and the
beautiful beach called "Cala Llobeta". It has an area of 60 m2, consists of a
living-dining room from which there is access to a terrace with garden
furniture and views of the pool, an independent kitchen, a room with double
bed, a complete bathroom and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. Private
